B.A.R.S. began when, Samuel Oladipo, whose lifelong passion for education drove him to create meaningful change at every level of the system. From his early days as a classroom teacher to his roles in curriculum development, school administration, central office strategy, and education reform, Samuel has seen firsthand both the challenges and opportunities that shape learning.

 

His journey has taken him through private independent schools, charter schools, public school systems, nonprofits, and government agencies, with each experience expanding his perspective and deepening his commitment to helping those furthest from opportunity, innovation, and impact.

 

B.A.R.S. is the culmination of that journey: a space where his vision, expertise, and dedication come together to prepare young people and adults with the Pivotal Skills needed to thrive in life.
